Nevada Residents
Nevada provides residents with a limited right to opt out of certain personal information sales. We do not currently sell data governed by Nevada’s opt-out requirements.
Rights Request Mechanisms
• Marketing Opt-Out. To opt out of marketing emails, follow the unsubscribe link in any marketing email we send, or contact us using the information in Section 15 below.
• Accessing, Updating, and Deleting Your Information. Contact us as set forth in Section 15 to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, consistent with your rights described above.
• Cookies. You can set your browser to refuse all or some cookies. Note that disabling cookies may affect Site functionality.
• Interest-Based Advertising. See Section 6 for opt-out mechanisms.
How We Verify Consumer Requests
We may require identity verification prior to processing a consumer rights request. We may verify your identity by comparing it against information we have on file. If we cannot verify your identity, we may request additional information or deny the request.
Authorized Agents

We will not use information obtained from third parties to contact you using SMS or MMS, nor will we use third parties for SMS or MMS lead generation.

We do not offer financial incentives or pricing discounts in exchange for providing your personal information or registering an account with us.
The $2 coupon available through this Site is offered as a standalone promotional benefit. It is not conditioned on providing personal information beyond what is necessary to fulfill the coupon by mail. Consent to marketing communications is not required to receive a coupon.
12. Retention of Information
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary for the purpose or purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with applicable law. The criteria used to determine our retention periods include:
